I booked this hotel through a web exclusive offer that included free breakfast and Wi-Fi. The rooms were clean, safe, and in good condition, but some furniture was wearing out. The service staff was highly motivated and efficient, always addressing issues with a smile, although there was a delay in finding a solution once. The location on Castle Mill Road was narrow and not upmarket, but had complimentary mineral water in the rooms. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, and the value for money was questioned during check-out. Overall, the experience was a mixed bag of positives and negatives.
